Is the hotel open?
The hotel is currently closed but due to reopen on 29th June 2020 in line with Government guidelines and subject to any further guidance.

Will I be safe at the hotel?
Yes health and safety is at the forefront of our minds and we have been working hard to ensure we reopen safely with stringent hygiene and safety procedures.
As a family run Company we have always taken the upmost care in protecting our customers and teams. During these uncertain times this is no different.
We are putting measures in place so we can all visit the hotel again safely with hand sanitising stations throughout the hotel, social distancing in our expansive lobbies, screens for reception desks and a hygiene manager on site giving the McKeever Gold standard for room and property cleanliness.
We are committed to updating our processes in line with Government guidelines and promise that when we reopen we will look after our guests as we look after our own family.
I am no longer able to travel, can I cancel my booking?
Yes, all bookings made directly with the hotel can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival with no charge.
During this Health crisis we understand the need for flexibility and therefore even pre-paid advance purchase rates can be cancelled during this time.

Is there a self catering option?
Yes, we have a number of self contained apartments with double bedroom, twin bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. You can explore Donegal and have the extra reassurance that you have a self contained apartment.
